Field Studies/Land Access

Field Studies/Land Access
In June 2010, additional TEPs will be mailed to Delta landowners so that field crews can study the All Tunnel/Pipeline Option to the same level of detail as the other conveyance Options. In 2008, requests for Temporary Entry Permits (TEPs) were sent to a number of landowners whose property falls within the study area for the East, West, and Through-Delta water conveyance and habitat restoration areas. Signed TEPs allow field crews temporary access to private property in order to conduct studies to support the EIR/EIS documents.
